GPC 4.0
GPC4.0 (Glazing Process Control 4.0) arises from the need to create a work system consisting of interconnected machines that can guarantee a real increase in production by minimizing problems that are still not controlled in the glazing line, absolutely fundamental in the ceramic glazing process. This system is able to control the density and additives of glazes through the GLAZE STATION machine, in order to have constant tones and avoid defects caused by glazes not created correctly, through the TB30 / TB22 pump to maintain constant pressure. And also check the drafting of each individual nozzle through AGCS in order to know the actual application drafting in real time. Finally, working with an Airless (both for small and large formats) complete with automatic washing, the system allows to minimize the time required for washing and optimize the stops related to cleaning the digital, increasing the productivity of the system. This system applied to the complete glazing line, therefore, allows to have control, avoid known problems and increase quality production.
The DIGITILE ™ Glazing Line SCADA Supervision System developed by TECNOCER ITALIA is necessary for the digitization of the ceramic production process in the glazing environment. The system communicates with all machines equipped with PLC and / or HMI with Ethernet port or Wi-Fi card present in the glazing line through standard communication protocols defined according to the characteristics of the single interconnected machine.
The system is designed to receive data also from sensors in the field, such as the flow sensor for the metering of the glaze used in the glazing line, the flow sensor for the metering of purified water at the inlet of the line, the flow sensor for the metering of dirty water and the temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of the tiles entering and leaving the line, these data are then processed by the software to obtain the consumption of energy, raw materials as well as the productivity of the plant .
DIGITILE ™ includes complete reporting related to the glazing line, glazing OEE and OEE of each machine interconnected through the KPIs received, as well as the creation of reports and the processing of production data that can be calculated on an hourly, per shift, daily basis, weekly, monthly or yearly.
Included in the DIGITILE ™ supervision system are all the protocols necessary for data exchange to the factory MES for the direct management of orders, with batch and article exchange, recipe exchange and production data.
Included in the reports is the event and alarm log of all the operations carried out on the machines and on the glazing line, related to the production process, which can be, for example, the product name, the number of incoming pieces, the number of pieces in output, the number of line stoppages as well as the line stoppage times, the reasons for the stoppage and the average, minimum and maximum production temperatures of the pieces, in order to obtain all the data necessary to produce a precise and functional predictive diagnosis analysis on the system and on each machine.
All reports and processed data can be automatically sent to the MES via standard communication protocol or downloaded directly from the DIGITILE ™ Supervisory System via PDF or Excel in CSV or graphic format.
The software is designed to obtain from the MES or factory management system all the data relating to the new production to be made through the batch code, article code and related additional information. In DIGITILE ™ there will be a page where you can make the association between the recipe present in the software, the recipe to be linked to each machine on the line and the production arriving from the MES.
